Very Comfortable

I came to Dunblane to attend a course at The Braeport Centre so this accommodation was in a very convenient location. Shona was so helpful with collecting me and taking me shopping for my weekly food shop. She showed me around the lovely cottage with everything that I would need. A lovely comfortable bed and the garden was lovely in the sun after exhausting days. At the end of my stay she took me to the station for which I was very grateful. I appreciate all her help and will certainly be returning.

Dear Tricia It was such a pleasure meeting you and hearing about your interesting courses. Thank you so much for your kind words. Not a good week this week for the trains so was delighted to help out in any way I could. It's absolutely nothing - just a tootle round in the car. Looking forward to your next visit already. Warmest regards and best wishes, until next time....x

Shona is the kindest host I have ever encountered on air bnb, not only did she accommodate our unpredictable schedule l, she offered to pick us up from the airport and show us round. Shona was very helpful with leaving us instructions for all the appliances and made sure we had everything we needed. The place was perfect for the 2 of us, very clean, cute with everything we could need. Would definitely recommend this place, and will be sure to stay again if I am back in the area!

Shona’s place is a real gem. This is the second time we have stayed and hope to return. The nearness of surrounding countryside walks along the river are a real treat. Everything you could want for a pleasant stay is available at Shona’s place . Very tastefully decorated and well equipped. There is a lovely garden to stroll in with chickens at the end . Neighbours friendly and even gave us fresh eggs, Short walk to local cafes, restaurants and train station in Dunblane. Highly recommended

Shona has done a wonderful job. Her property is in one of Dunblane’s oldest streets....the charismatic, cobbled Ramoyle. Once inside you’ll see what an amazing job she’s done to create a stylish, yet homely, wee snug. The most modern of touches in Dunblane oldest street. What’s not to like...... And if you’re fortunate enough to meet Shona herself, you’ll find out exactly why she’s designated as a ‘super host’.

Excellent host and apartment. Very convenient for getting around via train travel, as station just 15 mins walk away. Dunblane is very friendly with nice local cafes and restaurants. The Riverside has a good vegetarian menu. Shona is very thoughtful and was helpful throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this accommodation. It has all one needs and more! Will stay again

This apartment is very good and has been kitted out and decorated to a very high standard. Great shower and a great bed. The location is first class to look around Dunblane, the bridge of Allan. We even ventured over to the Trossachs. Lots of good places to eat and drink.

Had a lovely stay with my husband and dog. Nice quiet, historic area with plenty of goods walks for our dog on the doorstep. 10mins wall to centre of Dunblane. Cottage is very nicely done, comfortable and cosy. The shower is great! Shona was very welcoming, kept in touch regularly and responded promptly when we had queries. Lots of extra touches like the log burner being lit, fresh flowers, toiletries etc. Well stocked kitchen as well. Good, reliable broadband. Overall, highly recommend, photos don’t do it justice.

Shonas place is perfect, central and a 5 minute wall away from the Main Street. The log burner is ideal in winter to come back to after a long walk along the river. The flat has everything and Shona is a great host if anything else is needed. Don’t hesitate to book.
